In this thesis,synthesis conditions of alumina precursor were investigated and the optimum condition was obtained.Specific surface area and pore size distribution of alumina from precursors synthesized under microwave condition were testified different from conventional method.The effect of hydro-thermal treatment and different aging the treatment times were investigated,as well as the comparison between microwave drying and conventional drying.Precursors were calcined at different temperatures to achieve different crystal forms of?-Al2O3??-Al2O3 and?-Al2O3.Two ways were used in the syntheses of TiO2-Al2O3 composite support with gradient TiO2 contents.Moreover,microwave effect were observed in the synthesis process.Dielectric properties of these supports were detected and it turned out that composite support has higher dielectric values.CoMo catalysts were prepared based on all alumina and composite supports to evaluate their HDS performance on thiophene model compound.For the effect of microwave in the HDS process,desulfurization performance of different catalysts was studied under different temperatures.The results show that:?1?the catalysts using the material synthesized under 60?microwave for 60 min,has the highest desulfurization ratio.?2?CoMo/?-Al2O3 has higher desulfurization ratio compared with CoMo/?-Al2O3 and CoMo/?-Al2O3.?3?the5%TiO2,CoMo catalysts based on the composite support has better desulfurization properties.All in all,under microwave condition,the desulfurization properties of composite support based catalysts for FCC gasoline desulfurization are better than those of alumina supported.Their desulfurization ratios are higher at the studied temperatures.At 240?,the ratio difference achieved as high as 19.59%.
