With the rapid development of industry in China,the output of organic waste liquid containing hydrocarbon increased greatly.Due to their complex composition,high chroma and poor biodegradability,these organic waste liquids are difficult problems in environmental management at home and abroad.In this paper,a method of producing synthetic gas by gasification of organic waste liquid has been put forward,so as to realize the double benefit of organic waste liquid treatment and resource utilization.Aiming at the characteristics of organic waste liquid,this project adopted different treatment schemes for high concentration organic waste liquid and low concentration organic waste liquid.The scheme of pulping and gasification was adopted to study the performance of the low-concentration organic waste liquid in the slurry formation,and it was determined that the low-concentration organic waste liquid could be used for pulping and gasification together with Shenfu coal.Due to its high heat and volatile characteristics,the high concentration organic waste liquid was directly gasified in the furnace.Aiming at two kinds of organic waste liquid with different properties,this project developed and designed the process of producing synthetic gas from organic waste liquid.A thermodynamic model of organic waste liquor-coal gasification reaction was established for low concentration organic waste liquid,the equilibrium model of organic waste liquid-coal gasification reaction was established by using Aspen Plus software,it was found that the treatment of organic waste liquid by gasification was economical and reasonable after calculation.The above process design was applied in the multicomponent slurry gasification equipment of Zhejiang Fengdeng Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the industrial equipment was reconstructed and the new process of adding pharmaceutical waste water was applied for test,the actual operation data further proved that the treatment of organic waste liquid by gasification was economical and reasonable.The development and application of technology that produces synthetic gas by gasification of organic waste liquid provides a new idea and method for the treatment of domestic organic waste liquid,and has guiding significance for the realization of organic waste liquid treatment through the transformation of gasification technology.
