Instead of using regular reinforcement,the application of epoxy-coated reinforcing steel and light-weight concrete is one of the best way to solve corrosion.The purpose of this project is to study the interface bond slip property between epoxy-coated reinforcing steel and light-weight concrete.Aiming at the research of the interface interaction and studying the bond slip behavior and mechanism between epoxy-coated reinforcing steel and light-weight concrete.The calculation model is established on the consideration of multi factors of bond damage model.Revealing the laws of interaction between epoxy-coated reinforcing steel and light-weight concrete,establish the foundation for structure design and calculation method.This paper studies the basic theory analysis on bond-slip behavior between coated rebar and shale ceramsite concrete and its main affected.Rebar connection forms and thier scope of applcation,the advantages and disadvantages,as well as the bond mechanism between these two materials,43 groups,a total of 129 test specimens were designed which were divided into five categories.The surface type of rebar,diameter,bond length and the strength of concrete,concrete cover thickness,and the number of coated steel bars are taken into consideration.According to the performance grade of reinforcement jiont from Technical Specification for Mechanical Splicing of Steel Reinforcing Bars(JGJ 107-2010)and Testing Methods of Concrete Structure(GB50152-92),single tensile text was designed.Compared the result of same lap length shale ceramisite concrete specimens with different strength,the connection performance of shale ceramisite concrete bond anchorage would be proved with the higher strength of shale ceramisite concrete and the diameter of rebar.The specimens made with spiral stirrups perfome better bonding property than the specimens made with no spiral stirrups.Compared with the test value and theoretical value of ultimate pullout force,the formula of ultimate anchorage length and ultimate load is obtained by fitting.
