Study On The Design And Application Of Gas Jet Double Preheating Ladle Roaster

In the process of baking,the gas is heated by the waste heat smoke released by the combustion device.The technology of re-burning the preheated air gas is a new type of combustion technology in the heat baking equipment in steel plant.The new technology can better save gas resources and accelerate chemical combustion reaction speed of gas,and improve the speed of flame injection and combustion temperature.At the same time,using this technology can also reduce carbon emissions and reduce environmental pollution.Due to the novelty of this technology,all countries in the world are developing their own waste heat recovery combustion technology.At present,this new technology also meets China's energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection strategy goals.Gas jet dual preheating technology is a new type of energy-saving and environment-friendly combustion technology that is emerging in the traditional first-generation casing type and the second-generation regenerative type.The technology plays an important role in improving the combustion efficiency of gas,saving gas,reducing environmental pollution,and especially reducing the harm of haze on the human body.Its baking efficiency is high,which can increase the baking temperature,shorten the baking time,uniform temperature inside the baking ladle,and reduce the temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the ladle.In particular,the blast furnace gas with low heat value has saved the traditional fan and saved the cost of the enterprise to the maximum.In this paper,Qingdao Qinggang Steel Group ladle roasting furnace renovation project was taken as the background,combined with the experimental model,theoretical calculation,finite element analysis,production process,project practice,we have designed a new type of gas jet double preheating ladle baking device.The main contents include the following aspects:(1)A comprehensive study on the application of gas jet dual preheating technology on ladle bake is carried out,including fan speed measurement model,experimental burner,structural design,theoretical calculation and finite element analysis,baking process and so on.(2)Through the Qingdao Qinggang Group project practice,the utilization of double preheating ladle roaster of original regenerative roaster and modified gas jet in Qinggang Iron and Steel Group were comprehensively analyzed from the use of results,economic returns and other aspects.
