| The ternary flow integral impeller has good aerodynamic performance and overall performance.The using of integral impeller improve system efficiency and the overall engine performance,and meanwhile it can increase the reliability of the work.Therefore,the ternary flow impeller is widely applied in aerospace,weapons and other fields.That the curved and semi-closed structure of the flow channel space poses challenges to manufacture ternary flow impeller.Compared with other processing methods,The advantages of CNC EDM are not only high processing flexibility,stable processing but also high processing precision,applicable to difficult processing materials and so on,which makes CNC EDM become the first choice for the Overall manufacturing of the ternary flow closed impeller.To solve the three-flow closed impeller manufacturing machining problems,this paper takes the typical ternary flow closed impeller as the research object,and carries out the following major research work on its efficient and accurate EDM process:1)After analysing the structural characteristics and machining difficulties of the typical ternary flow closed impeller,the reasonable processing scheme of the overall processing of closed impeller with ternary flow is developed based on the characteristics of EDM.To design and manufacture the special fixture over the ternary flow closed impeller electrode and its processing trajectory design.2)To verify the electrode and its trajectory rationality based on the equal gap hypothesis designed electrode and processing simulation.Through the simulation processing can effectively improve the design efficiency of the electrode and its trajectory,and can significantly reduce the test workload.3)To analyse the error over manufacturing ternary flow closed impeller by using of EDM.The processing error of the forming surface can be predicted by Discharge gap consistency and the electrode rocking processing.According to the analysis of shaking error,the suitable oscillating processing method is selected to EDM of the closed three-element flow impeller.To Error Analysis on EDM of the typical three-element flow closed impeller.The key technologies for improving the machining accuracy of the closed flow impeller are summarized and the technology of manufacturing ternary flow closed impeller by using of EDM is optimized,which has guiding significance for improving the overall manufacturing precision of the whole impeller. |
