With the successful declaration of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,skiing has attracted more and more people to join in,relating to the ski clothing industry rapidly growth.Ski suit is an important component of outdoor sports equipment,so researching thermal-wet comfort of the ski suit is very necessary.This paper tested physical properties of biomass graphene inner warm fluff flake,and compared with other insulation flocculus used in ski suits.Combined with the theoretical knowledges of the ski suit,a new ski suit filled with biomass graphene insulation flocculu was made.Using the thermal manikin and 3D scanning technology to study the effects of the insulation flocculus,the air layer under the clothes and the ambient temperature on the thermal-wet comfort of the ski suit.The results show that the thermal resistance of the biomass graphene inner warm fluff flake is 3.2 clo and the air permeability is 1.77 m/s,which is suitable for used in ski suits.As the weight of the warm flakes increases,the total thermal resistance and total wet resistance of the ski wear increase.The ambient temperature has a significant effect on the thermal-wet comfort of the garment.As the ambient temperature decreases,the total thermal resistance of the garment increases,while the total moisture resistance of the garment decreases.Within a certain test range,with the increase of clothing circumference,the air layer under the garment has an increasing trend,and the main trend of the total thermal resistance and total moisture resistance of the garment is increased first and then decreased.When the average thickness of the air layer under the garment is 15.94 mm and the volume is 40.54 m~3,the thermal resistance of the ski suit H03 reaches the maximum of six garments.Therefore,for the men's regular ski suit 175/92A,under the premise of satisfying the basic sports ease,the circumference design of the main parts of the ski suit could refer to the chest circumference of 130cm,the hem circumference of 122cm,the waist circumference of 94cm,and the hip circumference of 114cm.The aim is to bring into play a good performance of the thermal properties of biomass graphene modified fiber thermal storage materials.The results of this study could bring reference to the design of ski suits and the design of thermal insulation materials.
