The bra material is mainly made of sponge liner,and because of the production and processing of sponges,it will cause the residue of volatile odorous substances and release of the process of taking.The determination of the composition of volatile odors in the bra materials and the quality control analysis of the odors in the production process are the key to the quality control of the bra products.The head-space solid-phase micro-extraction technique was used to design the single-factor and orthogonal experiments.The factors including fiber head extraction,sample size,sample amount,heating temperature,heating time,extraction time,desorption temperature and desorption time Finally,the optimal conditions of headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME)extraction of sponge volatile substances by using 85μm CAR / PDMS extraction fiber heads were 0.2g sponge samples,cut to size 0.3 × 0.3cm pieces,placed in 20 ml headspace vial,stamped and sealed,heated at 80 ℃ continued 25 min,overhead extraction 20 min,gas chromatographic inlet 250 ℃ desorption 3 min.Under the optimum extraction conditions,six main odor components were extracted based on GC-MS: N,N-dimethylacetamide,phenol,triethylenediamine,N-methylaniline,Isooctanol,Isooctanoic acid.Using Fox4000 electronic nose as a test instrument,raw data of sponge odor was collected under normal temperature and analyzed.Analysis of the relative distance between the smell of sponge and air,data is used to describe the intensity of the odor of sponge.In the test results of temperament,the samples with the same type of sponge with a high smell content can correctly correspond to the samples with high smell intensity measured by electronic nose,and provide effective data for objective determination of smell intensity.Using the statistical quality analysis(SQC)model,an objective evaluation method was established to evaluate the smell of bra materials with temperature changes.The gas was collected at different temperatures(20,30,40,50,60,70)for electronic nose testing.A model of the sponge SQC was established according to the original data of the smell of the sponge at 20,When the model can accept a temperature range of a minimum of 40 degrees Celsius for the sponge smell signal,it does not change with the standard smell,The sample should be able to meet the storage process in the release of odor intensity does not change.By collecting the electronic nose data of the bra sample clothes,based on the smell data of the same qualified bra,the data processing thought of the soft independent modeling classification(SMICA)was used.Objective evaluation of the peculiar smell level of the bra of this style,and verified the accuracy of the evaluation results.The result shows that this data processing method can objectively and effectively determine whether the smell condition of the same unknown bra meets the standard of qualified samples with the recognition rate of 100%.To provide scientific method for objective evaluation of bra odor level. |
