| The lining board is an essential part of coke dry quenching coke pot.The liner is easy to fail in the form of oxidation,cracking in atrocious working condition as it works at about1000℃and bears the frequently wear and impact of hot coke.Therefore,the liner material must have good oxidation resistance,mechanical properties and creep properties at high temperature.Alloying can improve the overall performance of steel effectively.The effect of alloying elements on the thermal fatigue properties of heat-resistant steel was investigated based on the two criteria of oxidation resistance and hardness.In this paper,through the design of orthogonal test,the influence of the common alloying elements on the properties of heat resistant steel in Fe-Cr-Ni heat resistant steel was explored.Due to the obvious effect of Al on the oxidation resistance,the effect of Al on thermal fatigue property of heat resistant steel was studied.Research and analysis showed that the order of alloying elements on the thermal fatigue properties of heat-resistant steel from high to low was Cr,Ni,Mo,Mn.Cr,Ni can improve the oxidation resistance of heat resistant steel obviously through improving the oxidation resistance.The study found that the thermal fatigue life increased with the content of Al when the content of Al element in heat-resistant steel was lower than 3%.A Fe-Cr-Al heat-resistant steel was designed.which consisted of 0.35%C,14%Cr,6%Ni,2-3%Al,2%Mn,2%Si,0.6%Mo and 0.01%B.Under the conditions of use,the oxidation resistance of the new heat-resistant steel was greatly improved,the oxidation rate was 1.076×10-6 g/(mm2·h).The number of thermal fatigue times were 45,which were more than 15 times conventional alloy. |
