| With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the increase of people’s living standard,the milk of box type drinks has become one of the most common formof packagings,and the demanding is increasing,but the core of the high-speed asepticbrick packaging machine technology are monopolied by several foreign well-known companies for a long time,and packaging machinery starts lately in China,so the technology is low contently,which takes few use of optical,magnetic,computer and some advanced technologies,resulting to the low degree fo automation.Therefore,the packaging machine of independent research is far from the foreign advanced packaging machine,which leads to the high-speed cassette packaging market is controlled even monopolied by foreign multinational companies in China.This article was accomplished under the support of the the “Demonstration and research on the key technology of the equipment and material used for foodpackaging(2011BAD24B01).Based on the tetra packaging machine by members of the laboratory,the control system is designed and optimized.The main research contents and the work is done as follows:(1)According to the packaging machine’s designed requirements and characteristics of tetra compound materials,packaging machine is analyzed,and concluded the tetra pak cassette packaging machine’s process,so the controlrequirements are understanded in-depth.(2)According to the experience of actual experiments,the PE sealing strip temperature control is analyzed to optimize heat sealing system,through choosing the mathematical modelof controlled object,by using the Matlab simulation,fuzzy PID control to make temperature parameters more accurate.And the control system response is faster,which can reduce the fraction defective of the products.(3)Hardware designs of the packing machine control system,which are based on the main system and the requirements of the system.The position,type,function of sensor detection,the position of the motor selection and control requirements of the motor and so on has carried on the detailed design and analysis,the PLC input and output points and type selection of PLC are completed according to the requirement of control.(4)Software design of the control system of the machine,according to the hardware design and the chapters,the main technological process in PLC programming should be completed.Inaddition,packaging machine touchscreen interface has been designed,whichincludes the debugging,controlling,production and other requirements.(5)The heat sealing experiments,which include orthogonal experiments and responsed surface experiments.According to more than 2000 experiments,and the experimental data and calculations analysis,the tetra composite transverse horizontal heat sealing performance rule concluded,and optimum technological parameters are concluded.These resultsare important reference datafor packing machine’s temperature control systems. |
