In recent years,the perpendicular magnetic recording medium has become the main information carrier.Magnetic nanowires have broad application prospects in the field of ultra-high density perpendicular magnetic recording medium.In this paper,Sm-Co?Sm-Co/Fe-Co and Sm-Co/Fe-Co-Dy magnetic nanowire arrays with small diameters are successfully fabricated by electrochemical deposition on the self-made AAO template.The phase composition,crystal structure,morphology and magnetic properties of nanowires are investigated and analyzed by X-ray diffraction?XRD?,field emission scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,high resolution transmission electron microscopy?HRTEM?and vibrating sample magnetometer?VSM?.And the high temperature magnetic properties of Sm-Co/Fe-Co-Dy nanowires are also measured in this paper.The results are as follows:1 The XRD shows that the Sm-Co alloy is of amorphous structure,the crystal structure of Fe-Co alloy.After being annealled at 660?for 3 h,the Sm-Co alloy is changed from amorphous structure to crystalline structure,so the Sm-Co/Fe-Co nanowires are transformed into polycrystalline structure.At the same time,the addition of Dy element produces a new Fe23Dy6 phase in nanowires.And the nanowires prepared from different Dy ion concentration are basically consistent in phase compositions,only with some small changes in content.2 The SEM photos exhibit that nanowires are smooth rod,arranged in parallel and uniform.The filling rate of magnetic nanowires is very high,almost all the pores of AAO templates are filled and the quantity of the nanowires is very large.TEM photographs show that the deposited Sm-Co phase is amorphous structure and exhibits a dispersed state while the Fe-Co phase and Fe-Dy phase are crystal structure.3 The magnetic properties of Sm-Co/Fe-Co-Dy nanowires with different Dy ion concentrations are measured.It is found that the nanowires present highest coercivity and squareness when Dy concentration is 0.002 mol/L,the coercivity of nanowires reach2310.00 Oe and the remanence ratio is 0.76.M-T curves show that Sm-Co/Fe-Co-Dy nanowires'curie temperature reached 900?,the Sm-Co/Fe-Co magnetic nanowires'curie temperature is just 540?in previous studies,so the addition of Dy element obviously improved the high temperature magnetic properties of nanowires.
