In this paper,the application of high damping metallic materials in structural vibration reduction and the preparation of M2052 damping alloy are studied.Based on the preparation and performance test of M2052 alloy,the process optimization was carried out on the basis of mastering the preparation process of high damping metallic material.High damping metallic materials contain damping alloy and composite damping steel plate.Damping alloy has excellent damping performance,the strength of which can meet the structural requirements,so the way of replacing materials is used to design the experimental scheme and in the application the structural design is designed to improve the damping performance of the alloy.The composite damping plate has a special structure,suitable for the application of the planar structure,so the composite damping plate is addicted to the surface of the fan volute.According to the different application methods of materials,three different structural parts are selected as the research objects,and the vibration damping law of high damping metallic materials in structural parts is studied by structural design,replacement and additional methods.The support base is a support structure of the vibration source,and the vibrations produced by motors,engines,etc.are transmitted to the connection structures via the support base to produce overall vibration and noise.In this paper,the damping effect of M2052 alloy applied on the support base is studied by means of finite element analysis and vibration test.The structural design of the support base is carried out to make the damping alloy play the biggest damping performance in the support structure.The motor bracket acts as supports of motor and connects of the pump body.The damping effect of M2052 high applied in the motor bracket is studied by means of finite element analysis software and vibration test method.Without changing the size and the structure of the bracket the M2052 damping alloy is used to replace the materials of outer stiffeners,bolts and nuts and gaskets that are used to fixed the bracket.Among all the experiments,the best result is that the average value of the total acceleration of vibration reduces by 26.4%.At the same time,the effect of bolt preload on damping performance of damping alloy was studied.Fan volute is the main components of the fan,the vibration of which comes from the fan motor and eccentric movement of impeller.The vibration damping effect of the composite damping plate attached to the surface of the volute is studied experimentally.Through the modal analysis,the modal parameters of the fan volute are obtained.It is found that the excitation frequency of the blade is 576 Hz,which is close to the fourth frequency of the fan volute,thus it is prone to cause resonance of the volute.Through operating conditions of the fan the maximum vibration position of the volute is found and used as a follow-up test points.The composite damping plate is made into the corresponding parts which are used to attach to the surface of the volute by the way of bonding and the vibration acceleration of the same position is tested.It is found that the application of the composite damping plate can obviously reduce the vibration response of the fan volute. |
