| As the most important production and life energy source of human beings,electricity has penetrated into every aspect of our lives.Then electrical safety issues are also receiving attention.The cable sheath is the most basic protection measures between the people and the metal wire,and ensure the people’s electric safety.Therefore,the quality inspection departments are increasingly concerned about the performance of the cable sheath.Cable tension testing machine referred to as tensile testing machine,which is the necessary experimental equipment for tensile testing of cable sheath.It can measure the pulling force and tensile length of the cable sheath at the moment was pulled off to calculate the mechanical properties of the cable sheath through the tensile test of the cable sheath.Based on the state of the basic requirements of cable sheath test on mechanical properties,the paper presents the design scheme of the performance requirements.According to the performance requirements,the paper puts forward the general design principle of cable sheath tension test system,then explain in detail the key technology used in tensile testing machine.This system is divided into two parts: superordinate computer of tensile testing machine and subordinate computer of tensile testing machine.The subordinate computer mainly completes testing tensile length and pulling force on the cable sheath tension test,and calculates the tensile strength and elongation at break,then transfers the data to PC.The subordinate computer uses Freescale I.MX6 Q chip as microprocessor.Its embedded operating system is open source Linux system.Its machine vision program uses OpenCV open source video processing functions.Its interface function library uses QT4.8.5.The subordinate computer’s hardware mainly includes three parts: the tension drive part,the tension and image information acquisition,the calculation of mechanical parameters.The subordinate computer calculate the length of the tension cable sheath through industrial camera collection pictures.This not only simplifies the experimental process,improve the measurement accuracy,but also eliminate the influence of the measurement of the length on the measurement of tension.The machine vision algorithm by using the method of mathematical morphology and color threshold segmentation to locate cable sheath markers.The tension is measured by the HF digital force gauge.The tension is transmitted to the microprocessor for processing through the serial port in real time.The superordinate computer software is programmed by C++ language,and uses MFC graphical interface framework to build a friendly user interface.It through the network port to receive the subordinate computer data transmission,and transforms the data into two-dimensional curve corresponding tensile length and tensile force,which give users more intuitive feeling.And by calling the SQLServer database interface function,it saves the data of cable sheath mechanics characteristics to the database,so users can easily query in the future. |
