| The proposed aluminium plant is located on the right bank of Manba River,18 km away from Lintao County Town,9.44 km nearest to the edge of Lintao County Water Source Protection Zone in the north and 6.35 km away from the water source of Lintao County Rural Drinking Water Safety Project in the south.Predicting and evaluating the direct and indirect impacts on groundwater environment during the implementation and operation of construction projects,and putting forward suggestions to prevent and control the deterioration of groundwater environment and measures to protect groundwater resources are of great significance to the design of construction projects and environmental protection.In this paper,the technical route of combining engineering analysis with groundwater condition monitoring and evaluation is used to study and analyze the impact of groundwater environment.Based on the investigation of hydrogeology,engineering geology and environmental geology conditions,the groundwater types,recharge,runoff,discharge conditions and hydrogeological parameters of aquifers in the area are analyzed;the groundwater pollution situation,pollution sources and pollution types in the area are evaluated;the impact of the project on the downstream water sources after operation is analyzed,and the protection measures are put forward.Shi.The main achievements of this paper are as follows: Groundwater in the assessment area is mainly composed of fractured pore water of clastic rocks,pore water of loose rocks and pore water of loess.The fractured pore water of clastic rocks is generally buried deeper and mainly receives infiltration recharge of atmospheric precipitation.The dynamic state is often related to the amount of atmospheric precipitation and the corresponding time.The variation of water level is less than 1.0m/a.The pore water of loose rock mainly comes from precipitation infiltration,surface runoff infiltration and flood.The water quantity and precipitation basically synchronize,and the variation of water level is less than1.0m/a.Quaternary loess phreatic water mainly receives rainfall recharge,which is greatly affected by rainfall,and the water level is unstable and varies greatly.The monitoring results ofgroundwater environmental quality show that the evaluation index of fluoride,the characteristic pollutant of the project,is less than 1 at each monitoring site,which meets the groundwater class III standard.The numerical simulation of pollutant migration shows that under normal conditions,there is no effluent in the living area of the plant,and the main process equipment area and material yard adopt protective and anti-seepage measures,so the project has no impact on the groundwater environment;under abnormal conditions,pollutants can enter the Manba River Valley.According to the prediction results and project characteristics,the source control measures,zoning control measures,groundwater pollution monitoring measures and emergency response measures for risk accidents are put forward. |
