Using a machine called the hydraulic ventilator and heat transfer machine,the machine will convert gravitational potential energy of the water for mine production to kinetic energy of airflow,and because of the temperature of the production of water is lower than the airflow,using the gas-liquid convection heat transfer the heat energy of airflow to the water,thereby reducing the temperature of airflow.Then the airflow is pressed into the excavation roadway,which has a ventilation and cooling effect on the roadway.The studies have shown that:(1)The effect of airflow cooling on the hydraulic ventilator and heat transfer machine is studied by using the MATLAB software,which is based on the function of the water for mine production under the action of the hydraulic ventilator and heat transfer machine.And the results show that the effect of airflow cooling is well.(2)The important degree of the influence factors of the outlet temperature of the hydraulic ventilator and heat transfer machine is the initial production of water temperature > the water head of production > the airflow inlet temperature.And the water head of production is negatively related to the airflow outlet temperature of the machine.The deeper the mining degree is,the larger the water head of production is,the lower the airflow outlet temperature is.(3)Using FLUENT software to simulate the airflow field of the excavation roadway,it can comprehensively describe the distribution rule of airflow temperature and velocity f ield in ventilation by high presseure of the roadway.When the wind is ejected from the outlet of the wind,the rate of expansion is very fast in the start stage.Then the axis of the ejection f luid begins to turn to the wall of the roadway,and forming a wall-attached jet,and the velocity of the jet is weakened.Generally speaking,The wind temperature decreases in the area where wind speed rises near the heading face.The vortex area with complex airflow structure has higher temperature and smaller wind speed,and fluctuates greatly.Wind speed is the main factor affecting the temperature distribution of excavation roadway.(4)The single factor analysis indicates that the water head of production is positively correlated with the wind speed near the heading face and negatively related to the temperature of the heading face.Therefore,in theory,the deeper the mining degree is,the larger the water head of production will be,The better the effect of the hydraulic ventilator and heat transfer machine on the ventilation and cooling of the excavation roadway is,which is especially suitable for the development trend of the mining in the deep and deep direction of our country.(5)Orthogonal analysis indicates that the order of importance of influencing factors of air temperature in a head face is the initial temperature of the water for mine production,the water head of production,the inlet temperature of the machine,the wall temperature of roadway.
