With the raise of capacity tonnage and speed of railway transportation,the wear of railway side at the bend is more serious.Railway side lubricant have insufficient effects and complex application process.This paper took the requirement such as the high-temperature performance,rheological property,lubricating property and ageing resistance of wayside railway lubricating grease into account,and prepared a kind of bentonite-complex aluminium base wayside railway lubricat grease.This reaserch discussed the proportion and type of base oil and gelatinizer,the content of bentonite grease was studied.Uniform design method was used to study the influence of additive and the mathematical model of the change of additive formule was established,the optimization results were also validated by experimentation.The influence of the type,content of uvioresistant agent and temperature was researched by orthogonal design and optimum formula was studied.1.Complex aluminium base grease was prepared by three base oil and two gelatinizer at ratio of 80%,83%,86%and 89%.The effects of base oil type,gelatinizer type and the ratio on the basic properties and rheological properties of the composite aluminum base grease were analyzed.The result showed that the best grease was prepared by 89%naphthenic oil and stearic-benzoic acid,drop point was270?,cone penetration was 268.6/0.1mm,oil separation rate was 2.01%,evaporativity was 3.18%,oxidation stability was 0.0500MPa,the time of transport performance(t_a)was 131.3s,the diameter of steel ball abrase is 89.61?m,noise reduction performance and percent conversion was better,as well as thermal stability and fiber structure.2.The effct of the content of bentonite grease on the properties of bentonite-complex aluminium base grease was studied,the result indicated that the best formule was consisted by 10%bentonite grease and 15%bentonite content.Drop point was 277?,cone penetration was 283.0/0.1mm,oil separation rate was 3.3%,evaporativity was 2.01%,t_a was 131.3s.Oganic bentonite improved rheological properties and changed the gelatinizer structure of composite aluminum base grease,which enhanced the stability of grease.3.Pentaerythritol tetrakys 3-(3,5-ditert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate(antioxidant 1010),MoDTC(T351)and Barium Petroleum Sulfonate were added into the grease and uniform design was used to discuss the effect on drop point,cone penetration,oxidation stability,steel ball abrase diameter and t_a.The mathematical model between the five indexes and the additive formule was established,graph showed the change of indxes was also painted.The optimization result given by MATLAB showed that drop point was 273?,cone penetration was 260.1/0.1mm,oil separation rate was 1.48%,evaporativity was 1.04%,oxidation stability was0.0394MPa,t_a was 189.6s,steel ball abrase diameter was 88.7?m.4.Lubricant grease aging behavior was studied by orthogonal design,drop point,cone penetration,oil separation rate,evaporativity and ta was set as indxes,type and content of uvioresistant agent and the temperature was set as factor.The optimization formule was 1.5%UV531 at 150?.Infrared spectrum proved the reaction of hydroxyl and carbonyl compounds,rheological test and DSC showed the damage of thickener fiber,which would destroy the grease stability.The result also proved that uvioresistant agent could slow down the effect of aging on the stability of grease.
