It is important to find new and high efficiency surfactants for enhanced oil recovery in the development of oilfields nowadays.Heavy oil has high viscosity and density,poor mobility,which restricts the exploitation of heavy oil,and reducing viscosity is the key to solve the problem.In recent years,the research and application of chemical viscosity reduction technology are more and more mature,due to the different composition of heavy oil in different regions,there are different requirements for viscosity reducer,so the research of viscosity reducer is of great significance to heavy oil recovery in China.In this paper,oleic acid acylamino tertiary amine(OA)and erucic acid acylamino tertiary amine(EA)are selected as raw materials and used to react with hydrogen peroxide which is as oxidant to synthesize oleic acid acylamino amine oxide(OAAO)and erucic acid acylamino amine oxide(EAAO).When charactered by infrared spectrum and mass spectrum,the synthesized product is consistent with the characteristic peak of the target product,that is,the target product is obtained.Then the quality of the product is studied in detail.The best reaction factors of synthesized OAAO are:material ratio(OA:H2O2)is1:1.15、reaction temperature is 80℃、the amount of catalyst is 1.0%and the reaction time is 4h.The maximum viscosity reduction rate of OAAO mixed with JilinⅡcrude oil is 80.91%.When OAAO is mixed with betaine with a proportion of 6:4,the maximum viscosity reduction rate of the compound mixed with JilinⅡcrude oil is81.33%.The final dehydrate rate of OAAO mixed with JilinⅡcrude oil is 75.0%,which is less than 80.0%,so it has great emulsifying quality.The interfacial tension of OAAO mixed with JilinⅡcrude oil is 10-1 order of magnitude.When OAAO is mixed with betaine with a proportion of 6:4,the interfacial tension of the compound mixed with JilinⅡcrude oil could reach ultralow interfacial tension quickly.The CMC value of OAAO is 7.59×10-5 mol/L,so,it behaves strong surface activity.The best reaction factors of synthesized EAAO are:material ratio(EA:H2O2)is1:1.15、reaction temperature is 90℃、the amount of catalyst is 1.0%and the reaction time is 8h.The maximum viscosity reduction rate of EAAO mixed with JilinⅡcrude oil is 78.84%.When EAAO is mixed with betaine with a proportion of 8:2,the maximum viscosity reduction rate of the compound mixed with JilinⅡcrude oil is 80.71%.The final dehydrate rate of EAAO mixed with JilinⅡcrude oil is 75.0%,which is less than80.0%,so it has great emulsifying quality.The interfacial tension of EAAO mixed with JilinⅡcrude oil is in the range of 1mN/m to 10mN/m.When EAAO is mixed with betaine with a proportion of 8:2,the interfacial tension of the compound mixed with JilinⅡcrude oil could reach ultralow interfacial tension quickly.The CMC value of EAAO is 2.23×10-5 mol/L,so,it behaves strong surface activity.
