The development of steam injection in the Xinjiang oilfield is faced with the problems of low heat efficiency of steam injection,low oil-gas ratio and poor economic efficiency.It is urgent to change the development mode.Fire flooding technology is the ideal choice.As an important equipment for this technology,the selection of air compressors and the rational allocation of their units are related to the economic operation of large-scale industrialization of fire flooding technology.Therefore,in the thesis the selection and configuration of air compressor after investigating the principle was studied,advantages and disadvantages,and applicability of the compressor,which has important engineering application value for the commercialization of fire flooding.According to the combustion drive industrial development program on the gas injection and pressure requirements and considering the existing compressor types and operating parameters,four possible combinations of air compressors were proposed:screw/piston compressor series combination,single piston compressor,multi-stage centrifugal compressor and centrifugal/piston compressor series combination type.Considering the advantages and disadvantages of the four ways,finally determiningscrew/piston compressor combination for in-depth study,the way requires seven sets of compressor units arranged in parallel and a set of spare is reserved,each group consists of two parallel screw compressors and a piston compressor,the rated flow of the screw compressor is 85Nm~3/min and the piston compressor's 150Nm~3/min.The rated working pressure of the air compressor group is 5.2MPa.For the single screw/piston compressor unit,the calculation model of heat dissipation was established.The required cooling air volume and circulating water quantity were obtained.Three cooling methods were proposed:wind and water mixed cooling cycle,open evaporative water cooling cycle and direct air cooling cycle.Through the comparative analysis of economy,applicability,operation and maintenance,it is concluded that the mixed cooling cycle of feng shui is the cooling mode of the air compressor unit,and it has the advantages of good cooling performance and resource recycling.Then,the thermal performance of a single screw/piston compressor unit was calculated.The results show the error between the power and the measured results was small,which indicated the reliability of the model.The efficiency of the screw compressor was about 75%.The isothermal efficiency and adiabatic efficiency of the piston compressor was about 62%and 69%,The low efficiency indicates that the large loss caused by heat exchange during the compression process.Therefore,a feasible method of reducing losses was proposed,such as improving the heat transfer performance of the cooling equipment or reducing the flow resistance to improve the efficiency of the air compressor unit.
