Hazard and Operability Study?HAZOP?originated in the chemical industry is a widely used qualitative safety evaluation methods,which can identify the potential system risk in the production process effectively,analysis the cause of the risk and propose the countermeasure to reduce the risk.However,HAZOP can't quantify the impact of different degrees of deviation on the system,nor can it quantify the possibility of accidents and the consequences of the accident.With the improvement of safety requirements in the petrochemical industry,the qualitative analysis results can't meet the demand.It is necessary to supplement and improve the HAZOP analysis results to realize the quantitative analysis of HAZOP.It is proposed to combine HAZOP with process simulation to realize quantitative simulation of the deviation.According to the process,the dynamic model of the process unit was established by the process simulation software,and the influence of different degree deviations on the process parameters was simulated.The paper takes the sewage treatment of a natural gas station as an example to find the trend of tank pressure,liquid level and inlet flow under different opening degrees by adjusting the opening of the sewage valve.According to the analysis results,completing the emergency measures and strengthening the sewage pipe flow monitoring in 23 minutes can prevent damage to the sewage tank effectively.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional HAZOP that can't quantify the possibility of accidents and the consequences of the accident.It is proposed to combine HAZOP with LOPA to achieve the purpose of calculating the probability of accident occurrence by studying the relationship between HAZOP and LOPA.F&EI was used to evaluate the potential fire and explosion hazard of the process unit,to establish the quantitative correspondence between the F&EI value and the severity of the accident consequences and determine the accident consequence level.The paper takes a natural gas station as the object of analysis to validate the quantitative analysis method.Taking the filter separation unit as an example,the traditional HAZOP analysis was carried out to determine the 42 deviations,64 reasons and 92 consequences.On the basis of qualitative analysis,the LOPA accident scene was established and the probability of the accident was 1.2×10-6,and the corresponding probability level is level 1.The value of F&EI is 135.77 and the corresponding consequence level is level 4.Combing with the risk matrix,the risk level of the accident scene is level I.According to the quantitative analysis results,the paper makes some advises on the safety measures of the natural station.
