The low throughput scenario occurs to the crude export pipelines located at the central and eastern Junggar basin,due to the output declines in the blocks.The risk of pipeline plugging increases with high-gel-point crudes especially in winter.The transport capacities of the pipelines are investigated herein to export the crudes from the central and eastern Junggar basin safely and economically.The physical properties of crudes from each block,and mobilities of some beneficiated crudes,are tested in the laboratory.Modified viscosity prediction models for LU oil and Mix-B oil are developed.The mixing property and viscosity prediction law of mixed crude oil were studied.The mixing properties of mixed crude oil with different proportions were tested,and compared with the prediction results of viscosity prediction model of mixed crude oil,It is found that the viscosity of mixed crude oil predicted by each model is relatively large to the experimental viscosity,and it is difficult to predict the viscosity of mixed crude oil in practice by single model.According to the comparison of the predicted results on a variety of mixed crude oil viscosity,select the Arrhenius model,Bingham model,double logarithmic model and Cragoe model,establish the function relationship between the use of least squares fitting function coefficient,viscosity of blended crude oil modified prediction model,the comparison results show that the modified model can predict viscosity of blended crude oil well.Computational models for hydraulic and thermal analysis of the pipelines located at the central and eastern Junggar basin,with the use of SPS software,are established based on the operating data,and transmission range,the pipeline transportation characteristics,safe shutdown times,performances of pumps and heaters and pumping station of hydraulic parameters are calculated.Study on the mixed crude oil blends and viscosity prediction rules,test of mixed crude oil mixed with different ratio of mixture,and the model prediction results were compared with the viscosity of mixed crude oil forecasts,found the model to predict the viscosity of blended crude oil and test the viscosity ofrelatively large error in actual use of a single model is difficult to accurately predict the viscosity of mixed crude oil.By comparing each model prediction results on a variety of mixed crude oil viscosity,selecting the Arrhenius model,Bingham model,double logarithmic model and Cragoe model,establishing the function relationship between the use of least squares fitting function coefficient,viscosity of blended crude oil pre modified measurement model,the comparison results show that previous viscosity prediction models for crude mixtures are reviewed based on the test data,which agrees well with the test data.According to the actual production data and pipeline foundation parameters is established by using SPS process in line with the Junggar basin and the actual situation of the network computing model,analyzes the transmission range,the pipeline transportation characteristics and safety shutdown time characteristics and so on,and the efficiency of pump units in each station and pumping station of hydraulic parameters such as comprehensive efficiency.Under the premise of ensuring the smooth flow of crude oil,the pipeline transportation capacity and the capacity of the reservoir are taken into account,to make the crude oil transmission scheme in the central and eastern parts of the Junggar basin meet the requirements of the safe operation of the abdominal SK line and the eastern BF line in winter and the demand for K Petrochemical crude oil by 2018.According to the constraint conditions of crude oil output,four schemes of crude oil transportation were developed,and the transportation parameters of four crude oil transmission schemes in each quarter were calculated.The unit transportation costs of four kinds of crude oil transportation schemes in each quarter are calculated respectively,and the annual transportation costs of the four schemes are compared,and the economic scheme of crude oil transportation is selected.
