Oil-based drilling fluid has a good inhibitory,high temperature,salt pollution,site maintenance and other advantages.However,in the use of oil-based drilling fluid drilling process,is bound to produce a lot of oil cuttings and other oily waste,if the oil-bearing drilling waste without any treatment emissions to the natural environment,the surrounding environment will cause serious Harm,and even threaten the survival and health of mankind.The use of solvents to extract organic contaminants from oil-bearing cuttings is an effective way to quickly remove organic contaminants attached to cuttings and to recover large quantities of emulsified diesel oil,Solvent can be recycled,is a resource-based,harmless oil cuttings disposal.In this paper,the use of oil-bearing pollutants used in all of China Petroleum Group Drilling Engineering Technology Institute of drilling fluid waste oil-based drilling tank,the treatment more difficult.In this paper,based on the solubility parameter and the polarity parameter,an organic solvent which can quickly and effectively treat the oily waste is selected.And such organic solvents have the advantages of high flash point,relatively low boiling point,low price,low toxicity and so on.Through the experiment of oil cutting rate of cuttings,the Soxhlet extraction device is improved,which greatly improves the experimental precision.The optimum solid-liquid ratio of the organic solvent was 1: 7,the leaching time was 8 min,and the stirring rate was 300 rpm.The optimum conditions of this solvent were determined,which laid the experimental foundation for the field application of this kind of solvent.The recovery efficiency of the solvent was determined to be the highest under the condition of 125 ? and negative pressure difference of-0.03 mpa.The emulsified diesel oil under desorption was re-formulated into oil-based drilling fluid and tested for its performance.No less than the newly prepared oil-based drilling fluid,and some parameters are better than the newly prepared oil-based drilling fluid.
