With most of China's oil field into a high water period,the major oil fields have been used without heating and gathering and transportation process.The oil is easy to stick to the wall by using the technology of unheated gathering and transferring,which makes the cross-sectional area of the pipeline decrease,and the back pressure of the wellhead increase,which affects the normal production of the oil field.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the wall-sticking.In this experiment,the preparation of Daqing crude oil emulsion is completed,and the oil-water two-phase system is obtained through the crude oil sticky wall experiment device,finally the crude oil morphology and the its initial sticky wall process are studied.It obtains the morphology and movement state of crude oil under different experimental conditions,and analyses the reasons of wall sticking of crude oil in both cases which higher than the freezing point temperature and below the freezing point temperature.In this experiment,the pressure drop test of pipeline are completed,and then the influencing factors of pipeline pressure drop are analyzed which the pipe pressure drop curves are obtained under different experimental conditions,such as temperature,moisture content,flow rate and temperature.On the basis of the above analysis,the variation law of pressure drop under different experimental conditions is analyzed.Finally,the physical properties of sediments are analyzed,and the variation of sediment density,water content,wax precipitation point and wax content is obtained.
