In view of the current situation of the marine diesel engine which lack of real-time monitoring means,the study focuses on designing a marine diesel engine emissions online monitoring system based on shipborne emissions on-line monitor,3G / AIS shipshore data communication module and shore-based data management system,through the way of the combination of 3G(third generation mobile communication)/ AIS(shipborne automatic identification system)wireless communication technology,GPS technology,embedded system technology and computer software technology,which possesses strong features to collect,display,record the diesel engine emissions information at any time,and to intercommunicate with external users acquired access permission.All those can provide technical means to effectively improve the supervision efforts of exhaust emission,and the specific content are as follows:Taking the demands of the diesel engine exhaust gas on-line monitoring system as a starting-point,to finish the overall framework design,and to make a detailed analysis about working principles of three parts,including shipborne emissions on-line monitor,the ship-shore data communication module and the shore-based data management system,then to initially formulate the emission limits of NOx,SOx And PM.Based on the hardware requirements of the on-line monitoring system,to select the types of key devices,designing of the minimum system circuit,3G / AIS communication interface circuit and other peripheral circuit.Giving priority to the software requirements of the on-line monitoring system,the study focuses on the signal collection of the shipborne emission on-line monitor,and the Controller software design concentrated on the 3G / AIS custom message encapsulation and resolution,and analyzes the host software design concentrated on the real-time data display,storage and authority management of the shore-based data management system.Optimizing and designing the Power front circuit,the voltage conversion circuit,the interface circuit and the PCB.Then using CST simulation software to carry out the simulation research on the anti reverse circuit and the voltage conversion circuit.Building a function debugging platform of the marine diesel engine exhaust emission monitoring system to complete the power test,static test,bench dynamic test,and finally to fulfill a real ship verification.
