MBBR is a technology of biofilm process,it is widely used in sewage treatment more and more.For the fur wastewater of Huasi group,observe the effect of the MBBR carrier starting biofilm by doing the pilot scale test and engineering research.From the operation effect of actual engineering,it shows the removal efficiency of pollutant under different temperature and HRT.The sludge characteristics and the biofilm formation of different carriers were also studied.The results showed that:(1)From the contrast experiment of three kind of MBBR carriers,the hydrophilia of carrier used in this project is the best.The biofilm forming period of this kind of carrier is the shortest.Comparing with other two kinds of carriers,the biofilm forming capacity of the carrier is 4.6 mg/g-carrier,the removal efficiency of pollutant is better than other carriers.(2)Analyze from the operation effect,on the condition of COD influent concentration amount 18002800 mg/L,the removal efficiency of COD is above 85%;on the condition of NH3-N influent concentration amount 80130 mg/L,the removal efficiency of NH3-N is above 95%;on the condition of TN influent concentration amount 100150 mg/L,the removal efficiency of TN is above 55%.(3)The optimum process operational parameters are as follows:water temperature is 25℃,HRT is 30 hours,SRT is 20 days.The level of removal efficiency can reach the best result on the conditions.(4)The SVI value of sludge is less than 150 ml/g,the sludge settling performance is good.The excess activated sludge yield is 0.240.26 kgSS/kgCOD,is about 2530%less than that of the traditional activated sludge process.
