Solid micro-nano channel,refers to the three-dimensional pore whose aperture is less than several microns.The solid micro-nano channels are used in the biological gene sequencing,which is considered to be one of the most competitive methods in the rapid sequencing.The solid micro-nano channels are considered as the research object in the project,the industrial production method and process of manufacture of the 3D glass capillary micro-nano channel are studied.The application in the fields of biology and medicine engineering are also studied.The industrialized manufacturing of the micro-nano channels based on glass is considered as the researching object in the article.The cutting method is proposed in view of the phenomenon that the inner diameter is blocked during the drawing process of glass capillary tube.The aims are fabricating the micro-nano channel whose inner diameter is less than 1?m and exploring its application in the field of micro droplet formation.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the fabrication process of the micro-nano channel is studied.The previous capillary stretching device based on the laser heating is improved according the blockage phenomenon in the micro-nano channels.The glass capillary tube with its blocking tip is drawn,and the inner diameter of the non-blocking region at the tip is less than 1?m.Then,the bending vibration of the vibrator is utilized to exert the displacement load to break the tip of the capillary,the micro-nano channel is fabricated.The fracture mechanism of micro-nano pore is analyzed which can provide technical parameters and theoretical feasibility analysis for the design of the cutting device for the tip of the glass tube.The testing circuit is built to study the detection method of micro-nano channel and the relationship between the diameter of the tip and the inside resistance.In the end,the micro droplet generator was established to explore the application value of the micro-nano channels in the field of micro droplets generation.The device can make the droplet overcome the viscous force to drop down and fall within the controllable range,and can produce micron sized droplets.
