Surface enhanced Raman spectrum?SERS?is a high sensitive,none damage and in suit detect technology,it has been widely used in electro catalytic,fuel cell and genome studies.Though,Au,Ag and Cu show a great surface enhancement Raman property,seeking a SERS substrate which can be obtained easily,possess stable performance and well repetition is still a hot topic in SERS field.In recent years,a new family two dimensional materials MXenes is attracting researchers'attention owing to its metalline and hydrophilic performance.Research shows Ti3C2Tx has a better electron transfer,physical absorption and possess a surface plasmon resonances in visible range,which suggest that there is a great potential in SERS.The article reports the preparation,characterization,and the using on SERS of Ti3C2Tx,the mainly contents and results are as follows:?1?The free-standing layers Ti3C2Tx is prepared by HF etching Ti3AlC2,then using intercalation and exfoliation ways to exfoliate the Ti3C2Tx,After delaminated by DMSO,the Ti3C2 nanoblocks were dispersed into sheets and stacking cross together randomly constitute a microscopical free-standing structure.The obtained Ti3C2Tx contains four kinds of surface functional group:-O,-OH,-F and OH-H2O.?2?The article Used selfstanding membrane Ti3C2Tx as substrate,Rhodamine B,crystal violet,methylene blue,methyl orange,congo red as probe molecules,when adsorbed the molecules on the surface of Ti3C2Tx,the Raman intensity of the dyes were enhanced widely by Ti3C2Tx,and the Raman enhancement property of Ti3C2Tx showing a selectivity for cationic dyes.Besides,Romdaine B,crystal violet,methyl orange,congo red were enhanced under 532nm incident light,except for methylene blue under 633nm incident light.?3?The article studied the influence of etching time on Ti3C2Tx structure,and the Raman enhancement for Rhodamine B through simple variable method.Results show that Ti atom layers will adsorb more-OH functional group when the etching reaction starts,then-OH and-F functioinal group will nearly equal.For Raman enhancement,the 4 hour example can enhance the Raman intensity of Rhodamine B most significantly,the Raman enhancement property will be weaken with time longer.
