Hydrogen,an ideal energy carrier,is a crucial solution to the environmental pollution and the shortage of Energy.The application of Hydrogen can be divided into two sides:the hydrogen production and converting hydrogen to electricity.Among the methods of hydrogen production,water splitting is recognized as an effective approach.Because this way is efficient,environmental friendly and can produce hydrogen in high purity.In order to reduce the power loss during the hydrogen production process,suitable catalysts is necessary.At present,platinum is proved to be the most effective electrocatalysts.However,the commercial application is limited due to the resource shortage and high price.Molybdenum carbide owns special electronic structure and is expected to replace platinum catalysts.But the Mo2C particles are easy to agglomeration,which impedes its catalytic performance.Herein,we synthesis a composite material which possesses excellent properties for hydrogen evolution.Mo2C can be loaded on the surface of CFP via hydrothermal processing and heat treatment.Moreover,the hydrogen evolution performance is gradually improved with the increasing of time and the catalyst exhibits outstanding HER performance with an overpotential of-45 mV,which is almost as high as the overpotential of 5%Pt/C.Furthermore,the process which converting hydrogen into electricity is also important to develop hydrogen energy and the most typical way is using fuel cell.During the reaction between hydrogen and oxygen,electricity could be produced.To improve the transfer rate of energy,an efficient ORR catalyst is needed.In this work,we synthesis ordered mesoporous carbon?OMCs?by model method.By assembling OMCs and Fe2O3 nanoparticles,OMCs-Fe2O3 ORR catalyst is composed.OMCs has high specific surface area and fast electrode transfer.And Fe2O3 particles could serve as active sites,which is beneficial to ORR property.OMCs-Fe2O3 displays excellent ORR performance,good durability and impressive methanol tolerance.
