Under the conditions of high-speed and high-precision machining,structural thermal deformation is one of the main reasons that affect the machining accuracy of CNC machine tool.At present,there are few researches on the active control of machine tool's thermal deformation.Therefore,it is urgent to find a way to effectively suppress or prevent the thermal deformation.To this end,a thermal active control device,that is TCCP,is developed to actively control the thermal deformation through circulating liquid cooling technology by the way of simulation of experiment and then the control strategy is described.The main works have been accomplished.Considering the application conditions of the thermal active control device,its design principles are put forward.Then the common topology of the runner is analyzed and compared by the method of numerical analysis to propose a new topology.Finally,the influence of structural parameters on the flow and heat transfer characteristics is studied.The target responses of the different channel size are calculated through the design of experiment based on the Isight platform.Then the optimal size is obtained by using the comprehensive performance evaluation function.Finally,the built-in twisted belt is used to strengthen the heat transfer of the rectangular tube.The temperature control device test platform was set up.The influence of different insulation measures and different inlet conditions on the temperature control ability was studied,which verified the correctness of the simulation process above.By means of ANSYS numerical simulation analysis,the heat deformation law of the machine column was researched and the active control strategy of column thermal deformation was put forward.By installing self-installed temperature control device on the front and back of column,the active control of the machine tool structure's deformation was realized.Then,the column active deformation control test platform of precision machine tool was built,which verified the correctness and feasibility of the active control strategy.The research results of this paper provide a new idea for the active control of the thermal deformation of the machine tools' structure.By this method,the dependence of the machining on the constant temperature environment can be reduced to a certain extent.It has important theoretical significance and engineering value to enhance the design and manufacture of processing equipment and reduce the cost of precision machining in our country.
