Water shortage and water pollution are the main problems in the field of fresh water resources in the world.The power plants are large water users.Their water consumption and sewage discharge are very large,which not only cause waste of water resources,but also cause a lot of waste water discharge.In 2005,the State Council promulgated the Action Plan on Water Pollution Control(hereinafter referred to as"Water Ten"),requiring all sewage units to achieve full compliance discharge according to law,which also poses a great challenge to power plants.Therefore,achieving thermal power plant zero discharge of sewage will be a good method to protect China’s water resources and water environment,and will have a profound significance on China’s sustainable development.Wastewater reuse zero-emission technology is mainly to deal with the reuse of production wastewater and domestic sewage,and according to the water system of the process requirements,waste water recycling reuse,and zero emissions can be achieved by strengthening water management,reducing the production of waste water and wastewater emissions,which can be performed through the water system closed circuit.According to the characteristics of water quality and quantity in Zhuozhou Thermal Power Plant,this paper intends to establish a"zero discharge"treatment scheme which can treat 8,000m~3/d of water and run continuously for 24 hours,so as to realize the reuse of wastewater in the plant.The research contents are as follows.(1)According to the requirements of water quality and effluent quality,the treatment process of integrated pretreatment water purification+fiber bundle filtration+ultrafiltration/reverse osmosis and desalting was adopted to determine the process flow chart.Water quality is excellent;the raw water has a good adaptability,and can reduce energy consumption.(2)The processing unit of the process includes a sewage collection pool,an integrated water purifier,a dosing system,an intermediate pool,a fiber bundle filter,a self-cleaning filter,a cleaning system,a CEB system,a UF Air cleaning system,ultrafiltration unit,ultrafiltration pool,non-oxidizing fungicide dosing device,reducing agent dosing device,scale inhibitor dosing device,security filter,high pressure pump,RO treatment system,Pool,a concentrated water RO system,the second concentration of concentrated pool,concentrated water RO water and distillation tank,waste water adjustment pool,sludge pool,dehydration,instrument gas and the various equipment between.(3)The cost of water consumption is calculated,the cost of urban surface water is 2184.46 million yuan/year,the unit cost is 7.48 yuan/m~3;the cost of the secondary effluent of the sewage plant is 1003.33 million yuan/year,the unit cost is 3.44yuan/m~3;sewage reuse zero emissions cost of 501.35 million/year,the unit cost of1.72 yuan/m~3.To sum up,sewage reuse zero emission technology can not only reduce pollution and can save water,and can greatly reduce water costs,its economic and environmental benefits are very significant.
