| The thesis is based on the 2012 national Input-output table and 2014 air pollutants（SO2,NOX and smoke and dust）as the foundation,using a hypothesis extraction method and input-output price model,to calculate the emission intensity,demand emission（DE）,output emission（OE）and net transferred emissions（NTE）from all walks of life.At the same time,we simulate the different situations of whole industry demand discharge after reduction to see the impact,and calculated the price transmission influence coefficient due to the pollution cost internalization of key industry to reduce emissions.We also delve into the electric power industry.We get the influence of the electricity price for the rest of the industry product price reductions in carbon emissions and we get the following conclusion:（1）In the year of 2014,the power and gas industry,non-metallic mineral products and Metals Mining,Smelting and Pressing industry are the three key industries which have the largest transfer net amount of atmospheric pollutants,while construction is one of the biggest three pollutants net input industry.（2）If the three industries of atmospheric pollutants emissions reduced by 15%at the same time,the three kinds of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxide and smoke and dust emission reductions can be achieved respectively"China’s 13th Five Year Plan",which is about energy conservation and emissions reduction target of62.12%,72.65%and 67.11%respectively.（3）The product price change of Power and gas supply industry impact greater on the price transmission influence coefficient while,impact the price of water production and supply industry the most（0.272）.This reflects the strong correlation between hydropower industry,and the indirect impact on the rest of the industry.On the other hand,for the price of the Non-metallic mineral products impact relatively smaller on the price transmission influence coefficient of the whole industry.The impact on the construction price conduction coefficient（0.246）,it embodied the larger effect on the non-metallic mineral products and construction industry,and the impacts are mainly direct impact for the rest of the industries.The differences of price transmission influence coefficient between Metal delay pressure selecting and smelting industry product price impact on the price of the whole is bigger,which mainly shows bigger influence on the metal manufacturing industry and related manufacturing,and mainly direct impact.The impact on light industry is smaller,and mainly for the indirect effects.（4）Through the analysis of coal-fired units,we can get emissions electricity price is 0.02511 Yuan/kWh,which accounted for 6.0%of the electricity price.Combined with the price of electricity heating gas industry conduction effect coefficient,electricity price is calculated on the remaining 22 industry product price change percentage.The percentage of price change water production and supply industry is the largest（1.63%）,which once again confirmed the close between Power and Water industry. |
