The traditional bidding and purchasing methods of materials tend to focus on the initial cost of equipment purchasing,but rarely consider or difficult to quantify the cost of equipment maintenance,maintenance,failure,environmental protection and other costs,resulting in bidders blindly lowering the price of products in order to win the bid,easy to form a "one-hammer sale" phenomenon,resulting in after the equipment is put into use,the cost of using the equipment is soaring,and the failure is unceasing,causing great pressure on the production and management of direct users.With the concept of sustainable development,green procurement deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,Life Cycle Cost(LCC)method used in procurement fields such as bidding is the future development trend.In this paper,the life cycle cost method is introduced into the bidding procurement of copper ore equipment.Taking the bidding procurement project of cone crusher as an example,the LCC is calculated according to the static model.The LCC bidding evaluation method is compared with the traditional bidding evaluation method,and the improvement suggestions are put forward.
