Trichoderma is an important biocontrol agent,which is separated from soil in a strain of Trichoderma asperellum as fermentation strains.This experiment using rice bran and wheat bran as raw materials,the solid fermentation conditions of Trichoderma asperellum,fermentation technology and application of the agent.The primary screening of solid fermentation substrate:Taking spore content of fermentation products as the main index,according to sporulation quantity of Trichoderma viride strains on solid media such as rice bran,wheat bran and sawdust,the main nutrients of Trichoderma asperellum viride solid fermentation were rice bran and wheat bran.Screening of culture medium of Trichoderma asperellum solid fermentation were selected:the mixed with water,inorganic salt,available carbon source,available nitrogen source as the main object of optimization,the spore content of fermentation product as the index,to determine the best ratio of training base for solid fermentation of rice bran and wheat bran proportion is 2:3,total mixing content is 75%,adding zinc sulfate 2%,sucrose 0.5%,peptone 1%.The optimization of fermentation conditions of Trichoderma asperellum:the spore content of solid fermentation product as index,effects of inoculation and fermentation temperature on solid fermentation of Trichoderma asperellum sporulation.Experiments show that when the strain concentration is 4 X 107 cfu·mL-1,12.5%inoculation amount,fermentation temperature is at 26 ?,the best fermentation sporulation effect.The pilot scale fermentation experiment was carried out by using the preliminary test results.The medium mixed with water and the thickness of medium was optimized.The test medium mixed with water increased to 85%,the thickness of the medium is determined as 2.5 cm.pilot fermentation products experimental grinding processing,preparation agent products and determination of physical and chemical properties of microbial products and the effective number of living bacteria.The test results showed that Trichoderma asperellum products meet the requirements of the national standard of microorganism.Pot experiments were conducted to verify the effect of Trichoderma asperellum on reducing lead content in plants.The results showed that Trichoderma asperellum could effectively reduce lead content in plants,due to the difference of lead content in soil.The best reduction effect is between 41%and 74%.Compared with the similar products,the reduction effect is significant.
