fluorine-containing polymer called fluorine resin,which containing fluorine atoms of the floorboard of the synthetic resin.It inclouds kinds of features,such as corrosion resistant and heat resistant and low energy of surface and resistance chemical corrosion and aging resistance and so on.With the development of science,fluoropolymer has been widespread studied in the petroleum chemical industry building and the automotive industry and other fields.Fluorinated epoxy resin compared with ordinary epoxy resin,which not only possesses the advantages of conventional epoxy resin,but also all aspects of performance are improved.This thesis mainly studies Thirteen fluorine alcohol and Perfluorinated polyether glycol as material to preparation fluorine polymer,such as the main research content is as follows:The preparation process of fluorinated acrylate coating was studied by free radical polymerization.Fluorinated polyurethane acrylate is prepared,which use thirteen fluorine alcohol and acrylic.The epoxy group of fluoropolymer coating agentis prepared through fluorinated polyurethane acrylate,allyl glycidyl ether(AGE)as raw material,azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiatorand gamma ammonia propyl triethoxy silane(Z-6011)as modifying agent.The effects of the content of anti-fouling waterproof and oil-proof,which incloud different monomers and the addition of compound additiving.The product structure was characterized by IR and NMR.Research has shown:that through introducing epoxy group in the fluoropolymer coating agent system has good surface performance waterproof and oil proof.And join the ?-propyl glycidyl ether oxygen top oxygen radicals silane(Z-6040)makes the coating surface water contact angle reach 114°,and after friction 1000 times also maintain good hydrophobic oleophobic propertyThe preparation process of preparation of fluorinated epoxy resin coating agent under the action of alkaline catalyst was investigated.Three fluorine coating agents containing epoxy group were synthesized with fluorinated monomer and chloropropylene oxide as the functional monomers.The product structure was characterized by IR.These coating agents were sprayed respectively on the steel plates pretreated by y-aminopropyltriethoxysilane.The effect of the coating agents on the coating of the steel plate were observed which involve the initial contact angle of water and n-hexadecane,friction and salt resistance.The results show:that the initial contact angle of water and n-hexadecane to the coating prepared by perfluoropolyether is the best.The contact angle are maintained at 106.5 ° and 64.3 ° under 725 g loads after rubbed by steel wool for 1000 times.The coating performs well in hydrophobicity and oleophobicity,friction and salt resistance,which plays an effective protection for steel plate.The preparation process of fluorinated acrylate coating was studied by emulsion polymerization.This design is mainly based on thirteen fluorine alcohol,acrylic acid as the main raw material,adding hydroquinone,toluene additives such as esterification,get the end group thirteen fluorine monomer of oxygen,use the thirteen fluorine monomer with OP-10 as the emulsifying agent by emulsion polymerization to synthesize fluoride acrylic coating reagent.The micro structure of the synthetic fluoroacrylate coating was characterized by IR and NMR.The macroscopic performance of the coating was determined by determining the solid content of the coating.In addition,it also tested a series of properties such as the friction resistance,water absorption rate,waterproofing and anti-dust properties of the coated coating.In this experiment:the solid content of the coated agent was 59.3%,and the water absorption rate reached 0.06%,while the water absorption rate was 79.5%,This shows that the coating agent makes the waterproof and anti-oil resistance of the stone material improved significantly.
