Fluorine leather finishing agent is an important raw material used in the leather industry.It can increase the beauty and comfort of leather,and can reduce the surface tension of leather,giving the property of waterproof,oil proof,dust proof of leather,with a wide range of research and use value.In the recently,fluorine-containing leather finishes mainly contained the fluorine-containing polyurethane and fluorine-containing acrylic.Fluorine-containing polyurethanes are primarily introduced in the form of a hard segment structure,a soft segment structure,a chain extender,or a capping agent.And the fluorine-containing materials used include fluorine-containing isocyanates,fluorine-containing alkyl vinyl glycols,fluorine oxyalkyl glycols,fluoroacid halides,and fluorine-containing alkyl aciylates.Waterborne fluorine-containing polyurethane is mainly used after the emulsion dispersion and core-shell structure emulsion polymerization.Fluorinated acrylic acid mainly uses double bond of fluorine monomer and acrylic ester copolymerization.At present the main direction of development is green and versatile.The first part of this paper mainly uses perfluoropolyether alcohol,isophorone diisocyanate and dimethylol propionic acid prepared the water-based fluorine-containing polyurethane.And the synthesis conditions were explored,and the polymers were characterized and tested.When the solid content is 25%,the content of COOH is 2.0%-2.3%,the content of chain extender is less than 4.5%and the content of fluorine is 10%.the coating has better comprehensive properties.In the second part of the experiment,two kinds of fluorinated small molecules FA1 and FA2 and PUA were prepared and their structures were characterized by IR and NMR.The results showed that the proposed structure was synthesized and the synthesis conditions were optimized.And the surface properties of the configured UV-cured leather finishes were tested.Finally,the FA1 was modified by copolymerizing FA and butyl acrylate and then using it as a coating additive to provide better mechanical and surface properties.The synthesis conditions of PFMA were also discussed,and the yield was 75%at 60 ? and 6h.
