| The relationship between cities and enterprises in resource-based cities is a major issue in resource-based regional development.Large enterprises play a decisive role in the development of urban economy in the process of urbanization,which support not only the overall economy of the city,but also the urban society and so on.Shanxi WangJiaLing Mine is a first class,internationally advanced,safe and efficient large-scale modern mine in China.It is the only large capacity mine with capacity of 6million tons per year in LinFen City and it is less affected in a period of weak and slump in the coal industry.The paper uses WangJiaLing Mine as the research object and analyzes the social,economic and environmental influence and the relationship between resource type city and large enterprises on the surrounding areas like HeJin City,XiangNing County.The study can not only promote the development of HeJin and XiangNing,but also promote the coordinated development of LinFen,which has an important theoretical and practical significance on how to coordinate the relationship between city and enterprises in LinFen.The paper uses WangJiaLing Mine as its research object,considering these factors like geographic locations,economy,employment,ecological environment and so on.It analyzes the influence of WangJiaLing Mine on economy,society and ecological environment of XiangNing and Hejin respectively through these methods such as field visits,measurements,investigations,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and draw the following conclusions.(1)The paper analyzes the economic influence of WangJiaLing Mine on its surrounding counties through coal exploitation GDP contribution,profit tax contribution,the change of industrial structure and the extension of industry chain.From three consecutive years from 2015 to 2017,this analysis shows that thecontribution rate of the WangJiaLing Mine to GDP of the Xiangning and Hejin has increased year by year.In 2017,the contribution rate of GDP for WangJiaLing Mine coal development reached 37.01%,and the contribution rate was very high.It had a greater impact on the GDP of Xiangning for three consecutive years.In 2017,the contribution to the revenue and taxation of Xiangning reached 33.53%,and the contribution to Hejin's profits and taxes reached 14.66%,which has a great impact.The characteristics of the coal industry is the long industrial chain.The chemical reactions in the production process are often accompanied by other reactions.Products are also highly connected with other products.The convergence between upstream and downstream production is also very good and there is strong conversion between products.It has the development trend to coking,metallurgy,electric power,coal chemical industry,building materials,modern logistics and so on.(2)The paper analyze social effects of WangJiaLing Mine,in consideration of the social influence on Guzhen Village and the surrounding counties before the production,the qualifications,native place and income of workers in WangJiaLing,WangJiaLing Mine has a great influence on Guzhen Village.Under WangJiaLing's influence,XiangNing County built a highway and a high school.Due to the policy that workers in WangJiaLing are reduced to less than 1000 people,there is a smaller influence on the local employment.(3)After analyzing the waste gas,waste water,waste residue in the production period of WangJiaLing Mine and ecological environment,the paper concludes that emission of waste gas,waste water and waste residue should meet the requirements of EIA.The plan for water supply in the first mining area has been made for the surface subsidence,which affects the water supply in the villages.The corresponding prevention and control measures are also put forward for the regional soil and water loss,geological hazards,farmland and vegetation.(4)Propose the development ideas about city-enterprise relation. |
