In order to realize continuous feeding and accurate measurement of NG in the manufacturing process of double-base gunpowder,ensuring the safety and accuracy of gunpowder production,the design of NG feeding and metering system was first carried out in this paper,making choices among equipment in the system according to the requirements of safety and performance,then the fact was found that the uniformity of NG and water in the injector of the system was directly related to the overall system safety and measurement results through analysis.Continuous feeding and precise metering system of NG was designed,and jet ejector was selected as equipment for mixing and conveying NG and water,straight tube mass flow meter as a measuring tool.And installation and debugging of equipment was carried out in a military enterprise test workshop,completed the establishment of the system..The FLUENT software was used to analyze the mixing uniformity of NG and water.The coefficient of variation(CV)of NG concentration at each node at the outlet of the ejector at 0.3MPa was 4.21%,indicating that the injector can achieve the mixing of NG and water;then the best pipeline pressure range was known as 0.25MPa~0.30MPa through changing the pipeline pressure by simulation.At the same time,simulation showed that at 0.30MPa,the mixing uniformity remained well within 50m of the delivery pipe.In addition,the number of turns in the pipeline transporting NG should not be greater than two through simulation.Near infrared spectroscopy was used to determine the mixing uniformity of NG and water system.Experiments showed that when the S value was less than 0.01,indicating well mixed,which established the data model for the application of near infrared spectroscopy to detect the mixing uniformity in NG continuous feeding and measuring system.A variety of potential safety hazards in this system were analyzed and improved for the system used in the actual production to provide security.NG continuous feeding and the measurement experiments to metering system showed that,when the pipeline pressure was 0.25MPa,the measurement error of NG was less than or equal to 1%,which indicated that the system could meet the measurement accuracy requirements of NG in the continuous preparation of gunpowder.
