| As many carbon materials have been discovered,more and more scholars have conducted in-depth research and excavation,and have obtained rich research results in the research of carbon nanotube systems.The increased advantages of graphene materials have been discovered and applied in various fields by researchers and their properties.In this paper,single-walled carbon nanotubes are studied.A model of single-walled carbon nanotubes in axial magnetic field that was established.The energy band structure of single-walled carbon nanotubes was calculated by using the method of tight binding approximation.Based on the theoretical relationship between the energy eigenvalue and the continuous flow,the physical factors influencing the continuous flow are explored,and the relationship is explored.between the continuous current and the magnetic flux.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction.In the introduction,we briefly introduced the preparation and historical research of single-walled carbon nanotubes.Through the analysis of the current application of single-walled carbon nanotubes,the structure and properties of single-walled carbon nanotubes were introduced.The physical characteristics of the structure were given to pave the way for the following research.The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical method used in this paper,the tight bound approximation method,and applies this method to the theoretical calculation in this paper.In chapter Three,the Hamiltonian of the system when the axial magnetic field enters is given,and the energy eigenvalue and wave function of the system are given by using the tight bound approximation method.When the known magnetic field is penetrated,the periodic transformation of the metallic property and semiconductor property of the single-walled carbon nanotubes can be obtained.In the case of the magnetic field being penetrated,the Dirac point will have a downward trend,but the Dirac point will not be destroyed,only the symmetry of Dirac point will be changed.In chapter4,the electron energy spectrum dispersion equation is used to obtain the periodic relationship between the continuous flow and magnetic flux,and the continuous flow is also periodically transformed in momentum space. |
