Deep pressure pattern cutting process is tobacco,skin care products,high-end gift box and other products used in the packaging of a processing process,through the deep pressure pattern process to improve the grade of the product.However,the existing deep pressing process is achieved through a die-cutting machine,which can only meet the requirements of a small area of pressing lines.When the existing die-cutting machine is used for the backlog work on the large surface,there is a shallow depth of pressing lines,and the wall plate is easy to break.In view of the above problems,the key structure and key technology of the deep press die cutting machine are studied in this paper.The details are as follows:In order to improve the holding time of the deep pressing die cutter,the cam drive mechanism is used instead of the crankshaft double elbow rod drive mechanism,and the shape of the cam is adjusted according to the process requirements to control the time of the moving platform in the highest position.In order to reduce the motion impact caused by the up and down operation of the moving platform,the sine motion rule is corrected so that the acceleration of the moving platform is zero at the highest position and the starting position,and the maximum speed and maximum acceleration of the moving platform are not in the same position.In order to improve the compressive uniformity of the deep pressure die-cutting mobile platform,the use of a two-axis drive mechanism instead of a traditional single-axis drive mechanism can increase the distance between the support points,and the deflection of the surface of the moving platform can be reduced by more than 11 %.In order to improve the die-cutting pressure of the deep pressing die-cutting machine,the dynamic characteristics of the main parts such as the wall board,the upper and lower platforms,and the transmission mechanism were analyzed.The thickness of the wall panel of the new design machine is 1.3 times that of the wall panel of the same surface die cutter;The thickness of reinforcing bars is 2 times that of reinforcing bars in the same surface die-cutting machine.In addition,the shape of the cross section of the newly designed counterweight hole on the platform is a work shape.Under the same conditions,it can achieve greater resistance to bending deformation.
