| Superhydrophobic surface brings a series of unique physical properties as a result of its low free energy,such as waterproof,anti-fouling,corrosion,frost and freezing.Meanwhile,these advantages of superhydrophobic surface are in urgent need of material,the glass for vehicle window which was made of superhydrophobic surface can support a good condition of driving view even in the rain days;the super hydrophobic equipment not only be protected from corrosion,and prolong the service life,but also avoid the waste caused by the adhesion of expensive medicine and so on.there are a great number of methods of superhydrophobic surface material.However,the traditional method of artificial construction can not completely remark the sophisticated complex structure of natural plants which may limits further improvement of the superhydrophobic properties of materials.Inspired by the idea of biomorphic materials,this subject took natural organisms(lotus leaf,indicalamus leaf and pine)as template,and changed its chemical composition through physicochemical method,then prepared a material with the structure of nature template structure which meet our demand,finally a surface chemical modification was done to finish hydrophobic surface.In this paper,the methods of sintering,electroplating,metal assisted etching were used to prepare superhydrophobic surface of Cu(or Zn)with the same structure of louts leaf(or indicalamus leaf)and a surface of conical monocrystalline silicon with a antistructure of pine.(1)The lotus leaf,indicalamus leaf were used as template,and the carbon with nature structure were obtained through sintering leaves into a high temperature,then made the carbon material as cathode,a metal layer was attached to its surface through plating.Finally,a superhydrophic metal surface were prepared until the surface chemical medication were done.The effects of different electroplating parameters on the morphology and hydrophobicity of the samples were also investigated by adjusting the parameters of the electroplating process.(2)The pine wood was used as biological template,and a monocrystalline silicon with cone like structures were prepared through metal assisted etching method,then the surface was modified by fluorine to study its surface hydrophobic properties. |
