The construction of oilfield surface engineering covers oilfield drilling,oil recovery,operation and infrastructure construction.It is an important activity that transforms petroleum resources into oil and gas production capacity and is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of oilfields.As a construction party,how to manage the project scientifically determines whether the project can be completed according to the original schedule and within the budget,which is of great significance to the expected effect of oil field investment.As an oil corporation,the oilfield surface engineering project has its own unique features,mainly in the surface must obey the undersurface,many key links,long investment cycle,high technical requirements,wide geographical area,complex surrounding environment,and unique to state-owned enterprises.The operation mechanism and procurement,bidding,and financial procedures often result in poor design considerations in the early stage of the project,frequent changes during the implementation process,projects exceeding the expected construction period,and investment exceeding the budget.Based on the actual case,this paper analyzes the current situation of core design and control management of DS Corporation's surface engineering project.It believes that there is a lack of design experience and perfect design management methods,the concept of project management is weak,the corporation mechanism is not perfect,marketing concept is weak,The scope of the determination is narrow,the price mechanism is excessively emphasized,and the quality of personnel is not very high.Specific improvement measures are proposed for project schedule management plan,project cost plan,project quality plan,and project plan implementation and control.The project decomposition study adopts the work breakdown method to construct the project planning mode suitable for the actual situation;the project control management adopts the critical path method to carry out necessary monitoring of the project plan and implementation to ensure the project progress and according to the problems in the project operation.Timely adjustment of the plan,analysis of the reasons for deviation,development of adjustment plans and new project plans to ensure the ultimate successful operation of the project.The management of surface engineering project of XX oilfield is more comprehensive,scientific and reasonable,and also provides certain reference for project management of other oilfields.
