The pulp disc refiner is the key equipment in pulping papermaking,and the disc refiner plate is an important part of the disc refiner,which directly affects the performance of the disc refiner.The working performance of disc refiner plate directly affects the production efficiency of pulp,the quality of refining pulp and the energy consumption of refine,and the material and manufacturing process of the disc refiner plate affects the service life of the refining sheet.Existing main casting blank manufacturing method,the machining method is suitable for mass and batch production,this method has the production cycle is long,can’t timely response to market demand characteristics.Therefore,based on the yalu river disc refiner co.,LTD.,the actual production need to put forward a new filling and welding technology of disc refiner plate or disc of pulp disc refiner,and explore a set of fine tooth refining,conical refining filling and welding technology manufacturing processing technology,and by using computer simulation of filling and welding refining gear refining tooth root connection strength and shock resistance.The paper for disc refiner plate firstly introduces the working principle,type and so on,focus on disc refiner refining structure,tooth shape parameters,types and its manufacturing process,and then this paper expounds the research purpose of the paper,chapter arrangement,research ideas,etc.Review a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,and the material properties of the disc refiner plates are introduced,then the processing technology existed of filling and welding technology of disc refiner plate or disc of pulp disc refiner is summarized,and the grout indicates the strengthening treatment.Based on the problems of low efficiency and failure to adapt to the welding of fine teeth,a new method process for the filling and welding of disc refiner plate is put forward.Firstly,combined with process of production require the use of high pressure water cutting or WEDM Bi tooth,laser welding or SMAW manufactured filling and welding of the disc refiner plate,and write a set of filling and welding technology fine machining process flow diagram.Hereafter,the process of conical filling and welding disc refiner plate was studied,first of all,based on the comparative analysis the processing technology of disc refiner plate and cone disc refiner plate,and the bending molding of the grate tooth in the manufacturing process of filling and welding refiner plate is introduced.The shape of different grate teeth and the shape of the cone disc refiner basic matrix,the three-dimensional software of SolidWorks is used to model the three-dimensional modeling of filling and welding conical refiner plate process,and a set of process flow chart of a set of conical refiningrefiner plates is prepared.At last,the structure of filling and welding disc refiner plate and finite element analysis is determined,firstly introduces the basic ideas of finite analysis element and finite element analysis software ABAQUS to set with welding disc refining unit,conical refining unit finite element simulation analysis,check the weld connection strength and shock resistance.The research work of this paper is of great significance to optimize design and shorten the research and development period of refining chip manufacturing.
