TeCP,with high toxicity,is a kind of dangerous substance possessing teratogenicity,cancer and mutation.It is always used as insecticide and antiseptic,which are applied to agricultural,pharmaceutical and industry.Besides,TeCP pollutes water environment seriously,and can be enrich in sea creature and stay in aquatic organism chronically,and enters into mammal and fowl finally,so poultry,red meat and dairy may exist TeCP.Therefore,It is necessary to establish a specific method to tell 2,3,4,6-TeCP efficiently.A rapid,efficient and highly selective method based on specific recognition of sol-gel molecular imprinting polymer and fluorescence property of carbon dots was established to detect TeCP.First,the carbon dots used in the experiment was synthesized through high-temperature pyrolysis method.In the reaction,citric acid anhydrous and AEAPMS serve as carbon source and surface passivant respectively.And the carbon dots was characterized by TEM,FT-IR spectrum,UV spectrum and fluorescence spectrum respectively.Next to which,CDs@MIP was synthetized by sol-gel polymerization.And in the reaction,carbon dots,ethanol,TeCP,APTES,TEOS and NH3·H2O serve as core,solvent,template molecule,crosslinker and catalyzer respectively.Moreover,CDs@MIP was characterized by SEM,FT-IR spectrum and fluorescence spectrum respectively.Experimental results show that fluorescence intensity of CDs@MIP increases with concentration enrichment of TeCP.Under optimum conditions,fluorescence intensity of CDs@MIP increased linearly with the increasing concentration of TeCP in the range of 10-60 μg L-1 with a minimum detection limit of 1.60 μg L-1.In order to prove the feasibility of the method,through which the experiment detected TeCP in milk,mineral water,tap-water and lake water,and the concentration of TeCP in lake water was 2.35 μg L-1,but the concentration of TeCP in other samples was 0.Besides,there was a recovery experiment.The recovery of four samples were 89.0%-92.8%(RSD<5.2%),91.5%-98.2%(RSD<4.0%),91.4%-108.9%(RSD<5.1%),92.3%-107.3%(RSD<4.2%),respectively,which proves the method can be used in practical testing.The recovery of four samples measured by HPLC were 89.9%-96.0%(RSD<6.0%),92.7%-104.1%(RSD<6.7%),91.2%-106.0%(RSD<5.6%),90.4%-102.9%(RSD<6.2%),respectively,which proves practicability of the method.
