| Since 1990 s,China is in the fast development of industry.Such as cars,architecture,electric power and so on are developed faster.In our country the copper material demand is increased.The copper consumer demand is more than the copper output.The copper production is not enough to make requirement of use.Most of copper is imported from the other countries.We need produce more copper material.That is more important.This article discuss about the casting wheel unit and anode shaping unit,Residue washing unit of copper smelter.The melted copper runs into the casting wheel unit and forms anode plates which keep constant weight and fixed shape for electrolysis.So the casting wheel unit is very important in the process flow.It is very essential to make progress of the automation of the casting wheel unit for reducing the labor cost and increasing the economic benefits.This article studies how the automation,control precision of this unit should be enhanced on the base of the casting wheel unit about the copper company in Guangxi province in order to increase of the economic benefits.The control key points are including the wheel driving technology,ration pouring,dynamic weighing of Mettle Toledo,and servo portioned valve of Rexroth for achieving to multi-stage velocity.Rotating encoder and servo portioned valve are used on the taking off and the sink chain conveyor of casting wheel unit for grabbing,transporting and step running all anodes.The controller of this unit is Rockwell PLC.The whole control network is master and slave stations.The research shows that the control accuracy and coherence can increase the productivity effect greatly and output the better anodes which are very important to electrolysis.It also proves that the theory meaning and value in use are obvious for outputting more copper material in the stage of present and the future in china. |
