| Seven mosquito-repellents involving ethohexadiol,dimethyl phthalate,diethyltoluamide,dimethyl carbate,butopyronoxyl,dipropyl pyridine and dibutyl phthalate were detected by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The rapid quantitative analysis methods of GC-MS were established to determine the contents of two mosquito-repellents.The results are as follows:1.The qualitative methods of GC-MS were developed for the determination of seven mosquito-repellents and the quantitative analysis methods of GC-MS were developed to determine the contents of two mosquito-repellents.The samples were dissolved in acetone and extracted with ultrasonic unit,which filtered with 0.45μmorganic microporous filtering film.The GC-MS method was established using quartz capillary column with 5%diphenyl and 95%dimericsiloxane.The programmed temperature was set as follows,The inlet temperature was maintained at 270 ℃.The carrier gas was helium of 99.999%purity,and the flow rate was maintained at 1.0 mL/min.The split ratio was 10 to 1 with the split injection mode.MS were performed in full ion scan mode.The characteristic ion peaks are as follows:ethohexadiol,56,73,103;dimethyl phthalate,77,133,163;diethyltoluamide,91,119,190;Dimethyl carbate,84,130,172;butopyronoxyl,115,125,171;dibutyl phthalate pyridine,123,165,192;dibutyl phthalate,104,149,207.The qualitative analyses were determined by the relative retention time and the characteristic ion peaks.The characteristic ion peaks as follows:diethyltoluamide,119;dimethyl carbate,130.The qualitative analyses were determined by the relative retention time and the characteristic ion peaks.The results indicated that the minimum detection limits ofethohexadiol,dimethyl phthalate,diethyltoluamide,dimethyl carbate,butopyronoxyl,dipropylpyridineanddibutyl phthalate bite were ranged from 0.0004 mg/L to 0.0258 mg/L.The linearity was good in the range of 1.0 mg/L to 100 mg/L.Thismethod was simple,accurate and reliable,which provided technical supports for the simultaneous determination of 7 mosquito-repellent products.So it can be applied to determine 7 repellents simultaneously in product quality supervision. |
