With the rapid development of the national economy,going out to travel has become the best way for people to relax,resulting in increased use of tents.At the same time,the function of the tent has gradually been valued by people,especially the waterproof and breathable function.However,at present,tents produced in China are mainly made of coating technology in terms of waterproof and moisture permeability.Therefore,the effect of waterproof and moisture permeability is not satisfactory and mainly depends on imports.In this thesis,laminated polyester-waterproof and moisture permeable film-polyester-polyester-waterproof and moisture permeable film-nylon and polyester-waterproof and moisture permeable film-cotton are bonded together by hot-melt adhesive to form a waterproof and breathable function tent cloth.This thesis mainly carried out experimental research on the following contents:?1?Perform performance tests on selected polyester,nylon and cotton fabrics.The pure cotton fabric has the highest square meter grammage,the square meter gram weight is 119g·m-2,the square meter gram weight of polyester and nylon are 116 g·m-2,106 g·m-2,respectively,meeting the tent fabrics easy to carry request.The warp and weft densities of the three fabrics are also within reasonable expectations.The tear strength of the test fabric,the strength of tear strength of the warp direction of the fabric are greater than the tear strength of the zonal direction,the warp tear strength of polyester is 1162.7N,the warp tear strength of cotton is 564.9N,meet the tent cloth to the fabric Strong requirements;?2?Three hot-melt adhesives were selected in this thesis.The thermal properties of polyurethane hot-melt adhesives,polyamide hot-melt adhesives,and ethylene-vinyl acetate hot-melt adhesives were tested.Polyurethane hot-melt was obtained from DSC curves and TG curves.The melting temperature of the glue is 125°C.,the decomposition temperature is 260°C.,the melting temperature of the polyamide is 110°C.,the decomposition temperature is 210°C.,the melting temperature of the ethylene-vinyl acetate hot melt adhesive is 80°C.,and the decomposition temperature is 320°C.Because the conditions of use of the tent are rather harsh,the surface temperature of the tent is high when the sun is directly exposed,and a hot melt adhesive with a higher melting temperature must be selected.The characteristics of the three hot melt adhesives are used to finally determine the use of a polyurethane hot melt adhesive.?3?In this dissertation,three kinds of waterproof and moisture-permeable films were selected:non-porous waterproof and breathable films,microporous waterproof and breathable films,and two-component waterproof and breathable films.Their performances were tested.Among them,the microporous waterproof and moisture-permeable film has a large contact angle,good water resistance,and a water pressure resistance of 13350mm·H2O,and has good waterproof and impact resistance.The tensile strength in the warp and weft directions is 163.1N and 211.7N,and the warp and weft tear strengths are 48.1N and 81.4N.The strength is excellent.In addition,the microporous waterproof and moisture permeable film has excellent moisture permeability and is very suitable for lamination in this thesis.Process waterproof and moisture-permeable film?4?The paper uses a single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment analysis to optimize the lamination process.Finally,the best laminating process was determined:the laminating time was 60s,the laminating temperature was 135°C,and the amount of glue between the inner fabric and the film of the laminated tent fabric and the amount of glue between the surface fabric and the film were both 20g·m-2,the lamination pressure is 2.5N·cm-2;?5?The properties of the three laminated fabrics produced were tested,including grammage and thickness of square meters,tensile and tear strength,air permeability and moisture permeability,waterproof performance and contact angle.The comprehensive evaluation is that the polyester-waterproof breathable film-cotton laminated fabric is excellent in tensile strength and tear strength,and has the best moisture permeability.The polyurethane laminated waterproof and moisture-permeable tent fabric developed in this paper has the advantages of light weight and easy to carry,good tensile resistance?tear resistance and waterproof and moisture permeability.It provides the basis for the development of polyurethane waterproof and breathable tent fabrics.
