Research On Digital Wallpaper Printing Machine Control System

Nowadays,the traditional wallpaper printing technology has been very mature,and the digital printing technology has also become mature after the vigorous development in recent years.However,both traditional and digital printing technologies have their own deficiencies in addition to their own advantages,which affect the development of wallpaper printing industry to a higher level.The demand of combining traditional technology with digital technology is increasing,and the development of digital inkjet technology provides the possibility for this.Therefore,the combination of traditional wallpaper printing and digital inkjet printing has become a new opportunity for the development of the wallpaper industry.This paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of traditional wallpaper printing technology and digital printing technology.A new control scheme of digital wallpaper printing machine is designed through comparative analysis.This paper focuses on the overprint control of digital printing and traditional printing,and the tension control system which affects the accuracy of overprinting.Therefore,it is necessary to design the tension control and alignment control of the whole machine.The main contents are as follows:(1)The requirement of tension control of traditional printing press and the system composition of tension control are analyzed in this paper.The tension control model of the production line combined with traditional printing and digital printing is established,and the design scheme of tension closed-loop control is put forward,the control strategy of PID is adopted to adjust it.(2)The control model of traditional printing and digital printing automatic registration system is put forward,and the method of triangulation detection is established,which solves the problem of vertical and lateral offset detection of printing wallpaper.The alignment control of digital printing and traditional printing is designed by using electronic shaft transmission technology,which including the synchronization control between plate roller and plate roller,plate roller and digital nozzle,and plate roller and paper.(3)The design of hardware system completes the selection of key components,the design of digital ink jet printing control and ink supply system,and the modular design of the driving circuit of nozzle.The software design completes the programming of the main controller PLC and the ink control,the design of motion controller and human-computer interaction.Finally,the system design is perfected in the debugging process.Through the debugging test,the register control function of the system is basically realized,and the registration control error is within a preset allowable range.The accuracy of ink pressure control also meets the requirement of ±1 mbar,and the system has entered the stage of trial operation.
