| In the modern coal mine production,with further in-depth mining of the mine,the importance of natural ventilation pressure in the ventilation system becomes more and more obvious.It not only affects the flow of ventilation in each lane of the mine ventilation network,even changes the flow direction of the individual roadway and makes the entire ventilation system change,thus influences the normal production of the mine.In order to make it easier to grasp the impact of natural ventilation pressure to ventilation system in mine different time,and get the changing rule of natural ventilation pressure in different time,the research of ventilation network automatic calculation algorithm with natural ventilation pressure is necessary.At present,the consideration of natural ventilation pressure in the mine is still on the static level,that is,we need to measure the mine climate parameters of each network node in advance,then,calculate the natural ventilation pressure value and take natural ventilation pressure as a fixed value to participate in ventilation network calculation.Moreover,once the climate changes,natural ventilation pressure will also change,and the consideration of natural ventilation pressure at different time will need to be measured repeatedly in the field.The process is tedious and time-consuming,and natural ventilation pressure and ventilation system cannot be controlled dynamically.Therefore,this paper comes up with a ventilation network automatic calculation algorithm with natural ventilation pressure to solve this problem.This paper uses chart analysis,program design,algorithm demonstration,modeling simulation and other methods.At first,under the premise of not considering natural ventilation pressure,the preliminary distribution of ventilation of the ventilation network is carried out.Based on the results,the wellhead atmospheric parameters and the underground surrounding rock properties parameters,we predict the temperature and humidity in underground various locations according to the principle of heat exchange and the study of underground temperature and humidity prediction methods.Then we derive a functional relationship by the correlation of correlated variables including pressure,density,natural ventilation pressure,and ventilation resistance and apply it to the original Cross network calculation algorithm and develop a new algorithm to come true the ventilation network automatic calculation with natural ventilation pressure.Finally,we program the algorithm by MATLAB software,and establish a network model to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.Through the program verification,natural ventilation pressure in the new algorithm no longer participates in the operation in the form of fixed values,but is the same as the ventilation volume with the continuous change of the iteration until convergence.Through the atmospheric parameters of the access into the ventilation wellhead at different time,we simulate the change of natural ventilation pressure and ventilation system under different atmospheric conditions,and verify the algorithm of natural ventilation pressure in the mine variation law corresponds to the actual law of natural ventilation pressure in the mine during the four seasons.Therefore,through the atmospheric parameter data access wellhead input,we can predict the change of natural ventilation pressure and ventilation system at different time.It leaves out the trouble of the field measured,and the study will effectively improve the monitoring efficiency of natural ventilation pressure on mine,and achieve the goal of all-weather automatic prediction of throughout the year. |
