In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,and with the continuous advancement in the level of science and technology,the demand for packaging machinery for pre-packaged foods is also increasing.In particular,the packaging of mixed-meat ball has grown from traditional large-quantitative and gradually to diversified and individualized small-capacity pre-packaging,but the relevant packaging machinery technology level is not high.Therefore,the packaging accuracy of small-capacity pre-packaged mixed-meat balls is an issue that needs urgent research.The traditional prepackaged mixed-meat ball packaging machinery is mainly divided into two types,one is a single precise quantitative or single precision countable,and it unable to complete constant weight and fixed number.It is to ensure that the same quantity of bags can be the same under the same weight conditions.One of the important reasons is that there is a large difference in the weight of individual materials during the production of pelleted foods.At present,the existing quantitative metering and packaging machine for mixed-meat balls on the market is based on the principle that the single-grain material sorting mechanism first realizes counting measurement,and then weighs to meet the measurement accuracy requirements for packaging.Otherwise,it is rejected and not packaged.Return to the bins and reorder them.The method adopted by this kind of packaging machinery does not undergo any screening when selecting single-grained materials,it is completely random,the success rate is extremely low,the packaging cost is high and the practicality is poor.This paper designs and researches the method and system for dynamic quantitative weighing of prepackaged mixed-meat balls,and solves the problem of high-precision quantitative counting and registration of prepackaged foods for mixed-meat balls,that is,equalizing the number of packaging on the basis of ensuring the weight,so that each bag The packaged granulated foods are not only equal in quantity but also equal in weight.This way of packaging can better meet the needs of the consumer market for diversification and small packaging.The main research content of this article includes the following aspects:(1)Explained the research background and purpose of this topic,as well as the research results in related fields at home and abroad;(2)According to the actual market demand of some kind of quick frozen pellet prepackaged mixed-meat balls,a new method of quantitative counting and counterweight is studied and put forward;(3)An effective mathematical model is established for this method,and a measurement system architecture is proposed.(4)Hardware system design.Including hardware architecture,mechanical platform,weighing measurement module hardware and counterweight module hardware design;(5)Software system design.Including software architecture,platform drive control software,computer system software,SCM system software design;(6)The system simulation measurement experiment and the analysis of the results are carried out for the proposed method.
