Shitougan(Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Manau Gan)is a subtropical evergreen tree which also known as the wrinkled mandarin fruit.It is a unique citrus variety in Ankang City.The peel can be used to extract volatile oil,and the fruit contains various minerals,which can maintain normal osmotic pressure of blood vessels,increase capillary toughness,lower cholesterol,anti-allergy,anti-virus,anti-inflammation,and has many good effects such as expelling fire and eyesight and thirst.Recent years,there has been an increase in research on Shitougan due to its nutrient-rich and health-care effects.This study aimed to explore the extraction technology of Shitougan seed oil,provide theoretical basis and technical methods for it's production and utilization.With optimizing the extraction solvent and basing on single factor experiments,three factors of solid-liquid ratios,extraction time,and extraction temperature were applied to the Box-Benhnken design principle to study the extract technology of Shitougan seed oil.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis was used to identify the volatile components and fatty acid components of the extracted lionfruit seed oil.The main findings are as follows:(1)Diethyl Ether was the suitable solvent for extracting Shitougan seed oil,and the Optimize process conditions of extraction Shitougan seed oil were obtained as follows:solid-liquid ratios,1:100(g/mL),extraction temperature,49°C,extraction time,7h.(2)Study fitted the prediction model for the yield of Shitougan seed oil:Y=37.60+0.0075*A-1.07*B-0.20*C+0.40*A*B+0.020*A*C+0.39*B*C-1.04*A~2-2.18*B~2-0.81*C~2(R~2=0.9859).The research technology proposed can effectively extract the oil from Shitougan seeds and it can be used for the extraction and production of Shitougan seed oil.The oil yield can reach 37.61%.(3)Twenty-nine volatile substances were detected from Shitougan seed oil,including 14alkane species,4 aldehydes,4 alcohols,2 ethers,1 ketone,and 1 ester material.(4)The fatty acid components identified in Shitougan seed oil mainly include 9 kinds of oleic acid,linoleic acid,palmitic acid,and arachidic acid,among which the content of linoleic acid is up to 72.00%.It is clear that Shitougan seed oil is a kind of oil mainly composed of unsaturated fatty acid-linoleic acid,and its unsaturated fatty acids account for 72.52%of the total fatty acids,providing experimental basis for the further development and comprehensive utilization of Shitougan.And technical references can help broaden the development and utilization of Shitougan's cranberry,avoid waste of resources,reduce pollution to the environment,and are more conducive to increasing the added value of the Shitougan industry.
