Rust remove is a common procedure to protect steel products.The traditional removing method,can not meet the requirements of high cleanliness,environmental pollution,affecting the health of the human body and cause matrix material damage.Along with people's increasing awareness of environmental protection,a green and efficient rust removal method is urgently needed.As a kind of environmentally friendly and reliable cleaning technology,laser derusting has a potential development and attracted much attention in recent years.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research of Q235 carbon steel pulse laser derusting process:In this paper,effect of pulsed laser energy loading on rust removal,then the energy distribution and diameter of a single bright spot are analyzed,and the distribution of the energy distribution of a single bright spot and the rule between the diameter and the process parameters are found out;Besides,this paper always analyzes the influence of the arrangement path of the bright spot on the rust removal effect,and optimizes the arrangement path of the bright spot,which is convenient for subsequent experiments.The analysis of the process of pulse laser derusting,mainly analyzes the influence of laser processing parameters on laser derusting and finds out the rules between them.The image and temperature changes in the process of laser derusting are monitored simultaneously by high speed camera and thermal imaging analyzer,and the mechanism of pulse laser derusting is analyzed.The effect of laser derusting on the properties of the substrate was studied.The surface chemical composition and mechanical properties of the samples were analyzed.The results show that the laser cleaning effect is more effective.Besides,compared with mechanical derusting,the weight loss,roughness and corrosion resistance of the samples after rust removal are analyzed,and the rules between these properties and process parameters are analyzed,which is of guiding significance for the analysis of the pulse laser derusting process.
