Development And Application Of Mobile Warehouse Management System Based On HTML5 Technology For Foundry Enterprises

Warehouse management is an important part of the production and operation of foundry enterprises,which plays an important role in the whole enterprise logistics and supply chain management.At present,warehouse management systems of foundry enterprises mainly are immovable PC client(such as stand-alone spreadsheet management,inventory management based on LAN)has changed the traditional way of paper ledger management,enhance the warehouse management level;but this model still exists the problem that the acquisition and processing of warehouse information is neither timely nor convenient,and it is also difficult to adapt to the development of the current trend of mobile internet.Therefore,based on the analysis and summary of practical needs and the future development trend of warehouse management of foundry enterprise,this paper design a set of mobile warehouse management program of foundry enterprise;then based on the HTML5 technology,develop a mobile warehouse management system provided with the function of cross platform,multi screen adaptation and barcode recognition,and integrate this system with casting enterprise ERP seamlessly;finally,apply it to a medium-sized foundry enterprise,the results show that the mobile warehouse management system based on the HTML5 technology can support all kinds of mobile terminal,can help enterprises to obtain and process information from anywhere at any time,can improve the work efficiency of logistics personnel and reduce the error rate.First of all,this paper analyzes the characteristics and present situation of the warehouse management for the casting enterprises,and combs the development process of the warehouse management system,summarizes the development trend of the warehouse management of the foundry enterprise.Secondly,this paper analyzes the function and the business requirement of warehouse management system for foundry enterprises,and according to the requirements,designes the scheme of mobile warehouse management system in detail,including development environment,database structure,function module and process,its integration solution with casting enterprise ERP.Then,using HTML5,CSS3 and Javascript as the front-end development tools,PHP,SQL for the back-end and database development tools,this paper develops a mobile warehouse management system,which is compatible various types of mobile intelligent terminal.The system includes materials purchasing,production-inventory,inventory,sales and return,and so on,with warehouse entry management,warehouse delivery management,inventory management,inventory statistics four business function module.Finally,the system is deployed and implemented in a medium-sized foundry enterprise,and integrated with Intecast ERP system in the matter of business and data,which helps the enterprise implement the barcode management of storage materials,realize the mobile office of storage business,so that employees can query and operation storage data with the mobile terminal whenever and wherever possible,implement warehousing business conveniently and efficiently.AS a result,warehouse management level of the enterprise has been improved;at the same time,integration of informatization and industrialization has been promoted for the enterprise,and a foundation for the interoperability of its value chain has been laid.
